Dr. Chou received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his medical degree from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. Subsequently, he completed his internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, WI. Additionally, he completed his fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the Medical College of Virginia and his fellowship in interventional cardiology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. He is Board Certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases, with additional certification in nuclear cardiology.

Dr. Chou has been practicing cardiology since 2005. Dr. Chou's current practice includes non-invasive, invasive, and interventional cardiology.
